Shipping & Return Policy


ORDER:
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. All orders placed by credit card or PayPal are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud review. We are unable to ship to an unverified address.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Washington according to the current rate of said shipping address.

DUTIES:
All customs fees, taxes, and duties incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

BACKORDERS:
If merchandise is temporarily out of order or discontinued, we will contact you regarding your order. In the invent an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Mikes Western Suppliers reserves the right at anytime after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

SHIPPING:
We ship with UPS and USPS carriers. Please allow 3-5 days to process your order, prior to shipping. We will notify you of tracking number and an estimated delivery date via email or telephone.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The cost of shipping international orders will be determined by the dimensional weight of the package and shipping destination. Please call us for exact amount of shipping cost.

RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise that you purchased from Mikes Western Suppliers, you may return it to us in its original packaging for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

* Contact Mikes Western Suppliers for a Return Authorization by telephone: 360-825-3991. (Pacific Standard Time) Write on Packing Slip who you spoke with, the date, etc.; enclose it in the original packaging.

* Returns authorized within 10 days of receipt of merchandise unless clearance sale merchandise, special orders or custom orders.

* Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags attached.

* Ship merchandise using the carrier of your choice to Mike’s Western Suppliers with insurance and tracking number to confirm delivery.

* Shipping and handling fees either way are not refundable.

* Allow 3-5 business days after receipt of merchandise to process your refund. We issue all refunds to the credit card or PayPal account used for the transaction. Please be advised that some banking institutions can take up to 5 business days to post credits to your account.

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE, SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS!

* Saddle returns are under the Saddle Policy.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED AND SHORTAGE OF MERCHANDISE:
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Defective, damaged and shortages must be reported to Mikes Western Suppliers within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise via email: westernsuppliers@comcast.net,or telephone: 360-825-3991 (Pacific Standard Time)

SADDLE POLICY:
Mikes Western Suppliers wants the saddle to fit you and your horse comfortably. We allow customers to ride in the saddle to make sure it fits; however, customers need to make every effort to keep the saddle from looking used by padding underneath, wrapping the stirrups with co-flex and avoid scratching or marking the saddle.

If the saddle does not fit you or your horse. you have 10 days from the date of receipt in which to contact Mikes Western Suppliers for a Return Authorization via telephone: 360-825-3991.(Pacific Standard Time)

* Enclose Packing Slip with information on who you spoke with and the date that you called. Return saddle in the original packaging.

* Ship saddle back using the carrier of your choice to Mikes Western Suppliers with insurance and tracking number to confirm delivery.

* Shipping and handling fees, either way, are not refundable.

* Allow 3-5 business days after receipt of saddle to process your refund. We issue all refunds to the credit card or PayPal account used for the transaction. Please be advised that some banking institutions can take up to 5 business days to post credits to your account.

CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER SADDLES:
Customer has 24 hours in which to cancel a custom order saddle for a full refund; however, after 24 hours the saddle order is non-refundable.

Many of our saddles are made per order and may take between 6 to 10 weeks to receive. We will contact you with this information via email or telephone.
